Privacy Notice &
Cookies Policy

Pad Creative Ltd is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of its website visitors and email newsletter subscribers. Here you’ll find information on how we handle data that we collect from visitors to our website, or when someone subscribes to our newsletter.

Visitors to our Website

When someone visits padcreative.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to different parts of the site. We have actively configured Google Analytics to anonymise the information from our users. You can find more information on how cookies are used on this website in the Cookies Policy below.

If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be transparent – we’ll make it clear at the point we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Newsletter Sign Up

As part of the registration process for our email newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or sell email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

We also use Aweber to send emails as part of our standard prospect communication process. For more information, please see Aweber’s privacy policy.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails from MailChimp or by emailing our data protection officer via [email protected].

Within this site there are links to third-party websites. Those sites are not governed by our Privacy Policy. If you have queries about how a site uses your information, you’ll need to check with that site’s privacy statement.

Access to Your Personal Information

You are entitled to access the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer via [email protected].

How we use Cookies

Cookies are small files which are stored on a user’s device. They are designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a user and a website, and can be accessed either by the website or the user’s device. Cookies are created to improve your experience of a website – for example they are required for online shopping cart systems or for remembering you are logged into a site.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being read. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and in turn improve our website by tailoring it to our customers’ needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and the data contains no personal identifiable information.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Note this may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.
