Brand refresh pays dividends for Harrington Grey

House refurbishment experts Harrington Grey are reaping the rewards of a brand refresh from Pad.
Harrington Grey is a small building company that specialises in high-quality house remodelling projects that enable homeowners to get the home of their dreams for a fixed price and timescale without the expense of moving. It’s a new company but it’s built on 50 years of experience.
When John Macleod joined the company as Head of Business Development earlier this year one of his first tasks was to develop the company’s branding and website. He said: “I had just moved to London and didn’t know any design agencies so I did a Google search. It was soon clear that lots of agencies can produce nice designs but I was looking for a company that understood the role our website would play in business development, and that’s where Pad stood out.”
The Pad team gave John three alternative branding and website concepts, along with designs for a suite of stationery and brochures. “They understood our business and the designs were spot on. We didn’t change much at all,” said John.
Now the website is up and running and it’s outperforming all expectations. “All our enquiries come via the website now and it’s keeping us busy,” said John. “The whole experience of working with Pad has been very good. Jon Garrard, Pad’s Director of Business Development, has been really helpful. He’s put us in touch with his contacts within the industry and given us lots of advice to develop the brand further. I fully expect this to be an ongoing working relationship.”
